THE SONOMA GLASS HOUSE
The #SonomaGlassHouse, an embodiment of modern architecture, elegantly integrates rectangular forms, extensive glass usage, and an unadorned, open floor plan. Its design harmoniously embraces natural light, choreographing a daily interplay with the sun and fostering a profound connection with nature. Thoughtfully situated on the site, the house coexists with its environment, emphasizing simplicity through deliberate size choices and architectural elements.
The initial vision envisioned cascading rectangular volumes, each framing distinct views of nature. A carefully orchestrated reveal unfolds as one traverses the space, culminating in a breathtaking panoramic experience upon entering. This architectural journey, marked by a sense of procession and discovery, concludes on a rear deck, providing a captivating perspective of the house from below.
